The chart details the median days to sell for 3 & 4 bedroom houses. The underlying data lines have been faded out to reveal the trends by focusing on the 6 month moving averages. The red  line is 3 bedrooms and the black line 4 bedrooms. Generally, 3 bedroom houses buy/sell quicker than 4 bedroom houses.

Days to buy/sell started to decrease from mid/late 2019 and continued the downward trend until late 2021. At the lowest point in 2021 houses were taking between 10 to 15 days to buy/sell (green dotted lines) Going into 2022 the number of days to buy/sell started to trend upwards for 3 & 4 bedroom houses.

Note this increase with the direction of  median prices.
